Our Project Teams
Teamwork is a core element of life at Marakon, so we are committed to making each case team experience a satisfying and rewarding one.
Case teams generally range in size from three to six people and typically consist of at least one associate, one senior associate, a principal and a vice president. Team members each have specific but equally important roles to play, and work closely together for the duration of the assignment, which can last anywhere from two months to more than six. Team members spend significant time working closely and hand in hand with our Vice Presidents.
Our Client Work
We typically work with Senior Executives at the Executive Committee or Board level, and therefore focus on topics that are highest on the organisation's agenda.
We prefer to form joint client-consultant teams which allow us to better tailor our solutions to the client organisation as well as increase organisational ownership of our recommendations. Integrating senior clients into our teams also allows better transfer of knowledge and building of real client capabilities to deliver lasting impact.
